Depressed / Relieved
I'm under spiritual attack...Sales and PT hours are down and the most ridiculous things keep happening to my most regular and faithful clients. One of them was locked in at one of the other branches recently and had to call me for help.
Would you be upset?
I would.
Another lady was very angry with one of our receptionists for being rude and biased - talking to her like she was stupid and showing favouritism towards caucasian members. She even threatened to cancel her membership and forgo her training sessions :o(
The matter was settled after an apology. She was also told that the receptionist in question had actually resigned awhile back and was leaving the company soon. Not too sure if she was really appeased though. She's completing her package soon and I'm worried that she'll decide not to continue because of this incident.
If this keeps up, I dunno if I'll be able to fulfill my initial pledge (we haven't actually pledged but I've had this amount in my mind for awhile).

Went to the polyclinic yesterday and spent 2 hours ++ to see the doctor and get an ECG done. I'm fine by the way. Not going to drop dead anytime soon so you can keep your pompoms.
The doctor says the ECG looks normal but doesn't really say much cos it's done when the heart is at rest but he says it is unlikely to be a heart problem coz I don't experience any chest pain when I'm doing other types of cardio. More likely due to excessive movement of my upper body. Makes sense...
I had to go back this morning (cos I was running late yesterday) to collect antibiotics for a mysterious lump that appeared on my neck, under my chin (it's a lymph node) and some cream for my cold sore (it started as a pimple on my left cheek near my lips - gross) and to pay for yesterday's consultation and ECG - Total Paid = $20.
