Dieters Wall

If there ever was one, I've hit it. I'm wasting all my efforts working out by refueling with junk after exercising. Need to focus. Need discipline. Need to tell myself over and over again that eating crap is not worth it. Not worth my 80 minutes of weights and not worth my 40 minutes of cardio. Not worth the empty calories of no nutritional value. Not worth it. Not worth it. Not worth it. Grace! Only 13 days to CNY and you need to be 55kg by then. Lean and mean. Lean and mean. Lean and mean.

The more you buy (food/snacks), the more you eat.
The more you eat, the more you put on
The more you put on, the tighter your clothes fit
The tighter your clothes fit, the more disgusting you feel
The more disgusting you feel, the crappier your mood
The crappier your mood, the more you eat

It is a vicious cycle and the solution - DON'T BUY FOOD/SNACKS!

Confession: I buy clothes that are a little fitted sometimes to force myself to slim down so the clothes can feel more comfortable. And if I gain just a little, I won't be able to wear my nice clothes anymore. Hopefully, that will keep me constantly on my toes.
