Pride / Patience
I shall not question why we are not meeting today or tomorrow. It must be hard having to be accountable and not be able to do things spontaneously after being single for so long. That could be another reason for the step back. In any case, I shall not jump the gun. I am perfectly comfortable with whatever speed he chooses to go and where he chooses to dock. I shall let him steer. Afterall, I am 28 and perfectly capable of behaving like an independent adult. Secure on my own and confident of my own worth. Happy - single or attached. Also, we are not officially together and I have no right whatsoever to expect regular smses or dates whenever we are both in town. Just like he has no right to stop me from seeing other people and exploring other options. And anyway, I have much to accomplish this year.
