(as suggested by Tracey Cox in Hot Relationships - How to Have One):

MUST HAVES:

Smarter & More Knowledgeable (than me), Same or Higher Qualifications, Relatively Fluent in English, Earn More, Financially Stable, Pays for Majority of Dates, Trustworthy, Not Addicted to Computer Games, Height 1.75 and up, Stronger/Fitter/Faster (obviously someone who works out), Attractive to Me, Don't Want Kids, Likes Animals, Adventurous and Love Travelling/the Idea of Living Abroad, Generous to Me, Good Natured and not easily Flustered/Angered, Patient, Low SD, Considerate and Generally a Happy Person, Not a Complain King, Good Attitude and Hardworking, Clean and Well-Groomed, Don't Smoke/Do Drugs/Drink Excessively, Faithful, Not a Flirt, Confident, Not Possessive/Insecure, Takes Care of Me, Dependable, Drives, Independent, Can be Serious/Fun when the situation calls for it, Capable of Sharing Feelings, Makes me Laugh, Humble, Mature, Desire to Learn and Improve, Allow me Freedom and Space to Grow

GOOD TO HAVE:

Christian, Dance, Sing, Enjoys the occasional Arts Performance, Wealthy, Plays a Musical Instrument, Speaks a Foreign Language, Enjoys Food, Reads, Handsome, Live Life with a Passion, Good With Computers, Pays for All Dates
