Next Stop - PER
I am utterly convinced that I have the best job in the universe :o)Just returned from Egypt where I visited the Pyramids and Sphinx, one of the 7 wonders of the world...
Cairo was shockingly poor. Pardon my ignorance but I was expecting something like Dubai. The city turned out to be a lot more like India. Half completed buildings all around. Dust and dirt everywhere. Over-crowded streets. Sheep and chickens living on rooftops.
Glad I stayed in the luxurious Conrad...
